Product Description
Centrifuge tubes are used to contain liquids that help in separating the fluid sample into various components by rapidly spinning into different densities. This tube has conical bottoms and centrifugal force helps in separating solids from liquids from the sample that is centrifuged. As the rotor spins the force moves the particles away from the main axis of rotation and after this, the less dense particles float on the top.
This tube is specially constructed to withstand high RCF (relative centrifugal forces) and with a storage capacity of 0.1ml to more than 100ml. Centrifuge tubes are available in a wide range and they are also produced from glass because these are more durable with good thermal and chemical resistance.
