At Magicine Pharma, we are committed to providing you with high-quality pharmaceutical products and healthcare solutions. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and strict safety and hygiene regulations, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Important Note: For health and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, or other pharmaceutical products once they have left our facility. However, we make exceptions for damaged, expired, or incorrect products as outlined below.

We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:

• Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (for safety reasons)
• Products where the seal or tamper-evident packaging has been broken
• Products that were damaged due to improper handling after delivery
• Change of mind or you no longer need the medication
• Product purchased more than 7 days ago
• Prescription errors where you failed to verify the medication with your doctor
• Side effects or allergic reactions (please consult your doctor immediately)
• Products that require specific storage (refrigeration) and were not stored properly after delivery

Note: If you experience an adverse reaction to a medication, please seek immediate medical attention and report the reaction to us so we can document it with the manufacturer.

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must notify us within 7 calendar daysfrom the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

For damaged products: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution. Delayed reporting may affect your eligibility.

For approved returns, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange a pickup from your address. Please do not ship any product back to us without first receiving a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued based on the following timeline:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid via credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or cheque.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations at our discretion:

• Products with obvious signs of use (not eligible for full refund)
• Missing parts or accessories (not eligible for full refund)
• Products returned after the 7-day window but within 14 days (store credit only)
• Items that show minor cosmetic damage that doesn't affect product integrity

Any partial refund decisions will be communicated to you before processing.

Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement for damaged, expired, or incorrect products. Replacement requests follow the same timeframe and process as returns.

Replacement Timeline: Once your return is approved and received, we will ship the replacement product within 2-3 business days. Delivery time for the replacement will be the same as your original shipping method.

If the replacement product is also damaged or incorrect, we will process a full refund immediately and investigate the issue with our quality control team.

The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable for health and safety reasons:

• Opened or used prescription medications
• Insulin and other temperature-sensitive medications (if temperature chain broken)
• Syringes, needles, and other sharps
• Surgical instruments with broken seals
• Liquid medications with broken seals
• Medical devices that have been used or tested
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale events

If you believe any of these products are defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will review each case individually.

If you are not satisfied with our return or refund decision, you may escalate the matter by:

• Filing a complaint with the Pharmacy Council or relevant regulatory authority
• Seeking mediation through a consumer dispute resolution forum
